Agency Pricing*
All shoots include: Hair, makeup, and styling. Also included is the use of
our extensive wardrobe, props, and accessories. We encourage a preview meeting
in person or via web cam/photos to meet and discuss details of the shoot (this
is also included).
Individuals:
$350 Ages 4-10---- includes at least two rolls of
36-exposure color film
$450 Ages
11-17--- includes at least three rolls of 36-exposure color film
$550 Adults
18+---- includes at least four rolls of 36-exposure color film
*Agency pricing includes 2 sets of proof sheets. One set is automatically mailed to the
agent, and one set is for the clients/parents (it can be mailed, couriered or
picked up).
CD's/Digital
In the last 24 months, our industry has seen more change than in the previous 24 years. This basically means that where there used to only be one or two different ways to do post production, there are now over a dozen. While many photographers choose to stick with one method to simplify their workflow, we choose to offer several ways (often customizable) to best serve our many varied agencies, managers, and clients. Some choose the newest technology; others choose to keep doing it the way they always have.
What does that mean you ask?
It means that all of our shoots are now available on CD. That is correct; we are offering a low resolution CD ($75) which is optimized for web use or small prints (4x6 or smaller), or a High resolution CD (now $99, regular price $125) which can be used to print all images (up to 8x10 size).
Does this mean I have to do my own printing?
No, of course not! All of custom prints are still available in all sizes. And as always, we accept orders via fax, email, or snail mail. Once your order is received, it is handed off to one of our top-tier labs where all of your images are custom printed with exacting detail. As always, most touch ups and minor airbrushing is included in the price.
Can I do both?
Sure! Many clients opt to order custom prints for their agents and managers while ordering a CD for themselves. This allows industry professionals to have the best work, with us handling the details. You have the freedom to load all of your images onto your websites, or print any and all images for family and friends
Commercial/Day Rates
Commercial and/or day rates begin at $1500 per day. Please call to receive a
free estimate on your project.
Deposit
To reserve your photo session, an initial deposit of $100 is required at the
time of booking. No exceptions. The remaining balance is due at the end of
the session.
Payment
The balance is due at the end of the session. We accept cash, personal
checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation
Cancellation
and rescheduling must be arranged at least 3 business days prior to the
session. Deposits are non refundable and can be used to reschedule your
appointment with 3 business days’ notice. Rescheduling or canceling
less than 3 business days in advance will result in the loss of your deposit.
Ordering
To order your prints from Ballerini
Cooley Studios, you will need to print out a photo order
form. Please specify the frame numbers to be reproduced, the number of prints
you need, and your contact and billing information.
